Brody Laboratory Studying novel approaches to enhance adaptive immune responses against cancer, including manipulating checkpoint blockades, and in situ vaccine strategies to mobilize and activate dendritic cells (DC) to present tumor-associated antigens.
Brown Laboratory Identifying factors that control immunity and tolerance in order to direct antigen-specific immune responses for treating cancer and autoimmune disease. Also developing new translational technologies for improving emerging therapies and biomedical discovery

Gulko Laboratory Discovering new genes implicated in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) severity and joint damage, identifying prognostic biomarkers, and generating new targets for more effective therapies to cure RA and other autoimmune diseases

Ting Research Studying how the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) regulates cell death at the mechanistic level and in turn, how this process controls immune responses to infection, organ transplant and cancer.
