Welcome to the Friends of ODysseus (FOD) Annual Golf Outing. Each year FOD sponsors a golf outing that functions as a mentoring activity. Most business discussions occur during an event, and major deals begin on the golf course. FOD invites its members and program affiliates to participate as a novice or a mentor. Participants learn basic golf skills and etiquette—as well as life skills. Golf is a sport where athleticism does not create an advantage. Great posture, control, repetition, and concentration is key.
