We aim to simplify and expedite the research application submission process for investigators and research personnel. Our electronic research administration (eRA) systems, InfoEd and RUTH, are advanced, logic-driven, user-friendly systems specifically designed to accomplish this goal.
Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai researchers have access to eRA for:
- Investigator profiles through Genius
- Grant opportunity searches through InfoEd’s SPIN database
- Electronic development and submission of National Institutes of Health grant requests (proposal development)
- Electronic development and internal submission of all grant requests and renewals to the Mount Sinai Grants and Contracts Office (proposal development, proposal tracking)
- Electronic development, submission, and board management for Animal Studies with BioSafety development, submission, and management
- Clinical trials development and management (CTM)
- Electronic development, submission, and board management for Human Subject protocols (HSD, HSM)
- Tracking for proposal and award data (proposal and award tracking)
Time and Effort Reporting and Management (T&E)
